Shipping policy

Production time. Prints are made to order. Most orders ship in about 5 business days from our facility in Troy, Michigan, via FedEx Ground. Your order confirmation will include an estimated delivery date. Larger pieces (e.g., 150x60) may require additional time.

Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and destination. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Delivery. We currently ship within the United States. Transit time is in addition to production time and varies by destination and carrier.

Inspection on arrival. Please inspect your shipment when it arrives and report any shortage, damage, or error in writing within 3 business days (see the Return and Refund Policy). Claims for damage in transit may need to be submitted to the carrier.

AR / account orders. Orders placed with an AR Number are billed to the Penske account and ship once the order and account are approved.
