Refund policy

All products sold on this store are custom made to order for Penske Truck Leasing. Because each print is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final and items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or defective items. We stand behind our workmanship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at ask@imbranded.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion.

Shipping damage. Please inspect your order on arrival. Report any shortage or visible transit damage in writing within 3 business days; keep all packaging, as damage claims may need to be filed with the carrier.

Cancellations. Orders are reviewed case by case and can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once an item has been approved for production it cannot be cancelled, and you will be responsible for the cost of any work already completed. To request a cancellation, email ask@imbranded.com as soon as possible.
